Committed lifelong loose parts play enthusiast, Martin is the founder of the education training company Early Impact.

He has worked in the early years for ten years, working in both Preschool and Reception.

He is passionate about making early education exciting and engaging for both children and adults.

I have put all my learnings from ten years of trial and error with loose parts play into this book! Myself and Debby have tried to create the ultimate step-by-step formula that is both simple yet successful. Good luck!

Debby has worked in the Early Years sector for over twenty years. For more than ten years she was the nursery manager of a team of 30 staff. She holds a BA Hons Degree in Early Childhood Studies.

Debby managed a setting to gain an outstanding Ofsted status in 2014 and was instrumental in attaining the first nursery in her local area to gain an Eco School Green Flag award.

She has run successful improvement projects for local authorities, and workshops at conferences.

Debby designs practical training courses for Early Impact which she delivers around the UK. Her exceptional subject knowledge and empowering delivery inspires and motivates those that attend all her courses.
